Fire Performing Skills

Fire Eating – Just a little hotter than a Vindaloo (but far more forgiving the following morning), Fire eating is the skill of placing the fire in the performers mouth and controlling or extinguishing the flame. Tasty!

Fire Breathing – Just because I’m breathing fire doesn’t mean I’m angry. This is the skill of expelling a large flame or fire ball from the performers mouth, usually to the great appreciation of the crowd.

Body Burning – Burn baby burn! Running flames on and along bare skin should burn... shouldn’t it? It does smell a little like burnt chicken afterwards though...

Fire SpinningA burning ring of fire... That’s the general impression with these props. With a Fire skipping rope and Fire Poi, there are Big flames and lots of noise... definitely a favourite for spectators.

Fire Juggling - Goodness gracious, great balls of fire. This is normal juggling with a twist. One would not want to drop a ball on this act.

Other Skills

Stilt Walking – At 9 foot tall, my stilt walking act comes in head and shoulders above most of your guests. And yes, the air is perfectly fine up here thank you.

Juggling – Using glowing juggling balls, this basic skill is easy to pick up, although initially appearing impossible to learn. I’ll encourage you're audience to grab some balls and join in.

Poi Spinning – This is the graceful art of spinning. I use two strobe light balls attached to string which are spun around the body tracing patterns around the performer. The trick is not to hit your self... It kind of stings.

Magic – Just like that.... Well maybe not just like that yet, however I am working on my mystical energies to incorporate some magical effects into the shows. A work in progress.

I am always on the look out for new skills to learn, and new elements of the ones I currently know to develop.  I expect this list to keep growing, improving the options available for your performances.
